We worked closely with the centre manager for St Modwen's at Innovation Building, to design and space plan the 30,000sq. ft office facility based at Evolution Park in Blackburn. We were asked to provide flexible office space, meeting / training rooms, video conferencing facilities, breakout areas, bistro and kitchen facilities, as well as all the associated furniture elements.
Following successful client liaison, we were then asked to produce space plans for one of St Modwen's clients, incorporating 300 work station positions over two floors.
