Birse Rail Ltd occupies a number of floors within Lyndon House in Birmingham. In 2006, the company took occupation of an additional floor and asked McCarthy Associates to create a modern working environment for its directors and staff.
The work was carried out over two phases, with phase one relating to feasibility and detailed cost proposals, along with project management of the scheme. Phase two encompassed building regulation approval and full refurbishment of the offices, along with the provision of new furniture and relocation within the building.
